Try to find out why by going over a few common issues.
Is the background not removed as expected?
Check out our filming guidelines - following the tips will most likely give good results.
Watch your original video and verify again that the background is smooth.
Try improving the camera resolution and quality. Low quality videos are
harder to analyze since the background holds many colors and shades.
Is the clip up side down? On the side? Shows door edges on its sides?
Use the rotate option in step 2 (tune) to rotate the result to the right position.
Use the zoom option in step 2 (tune)- try to zoom in a bit so the door edges will be out of the frame .
Use the shift option in step 2 (tune) - try to "push" unwanted door edges our of the frame.
All these options and many more are available when you will want to embed the clip into your own website.
Is it a sound problem?
Make sure there aren't any background noises.
Speak close to the microphone/camera.
Double check your original video.Some cameras sometimes produce videos with sound sync issues.
Did you click "Preview" but nothing happened?
Try clicking "Preview" again and wait 1-2 minutes - slow connection and a long clip could take a while to load.
Verify you are connected to the internet.
In rare cases your browser/PC is too loaded. Try restarting your browser and try again.
Did you try running the clip on a website but it runs on an empty window?
Verify you typed a valid internet address.
Some websites like Facebook and Google block outside clips from running on them - try changing to another web site address.
Is the floating clip quality/resolution not high enough?
We currently output your floating clip with a specific resolution -
if you wish to have a higher resolution send us a mail with your video id,and we will do our best to help.
